Buffering?!?!? [Solved]

I just got a OTT - MXQ tv box. Having too much buffering on movies and live tv. I emptied the cache and set the zero cache install but no real help. I saw a youtube that showed how to set cache to hard drive. Is this a good idea for a android tv box or just for a computer . I presume I have a limited solid state drive in box.

I changed over from wifi to wired ethernet on the tv box and I can see a improvement in buffering but live tv is still herky jerky in that is pauses (not buffering) and slows down the action. Movies seem to play fine and I can get the same live game on my computer with kodi without flaw. Any help with this tv box would be appreciated.

I,ve tried every which idea I could find on you tube and no fix. From reading forums and answers on lyou tube I think this is a common problem with android tv boxes. the only way I will get live sports without buffering is to project my computer screen to my TV.
Windows 10= I activated media streaming and tried to add android to devices and Project to other device . windoze can't find the android box on the network even though it is definetly connected and running internet . any body know why win can't see the mxq box? I guess I will have to buy a miracast adapter......

I bought a EZcast adapter for about $30. and it projects the laptop kodi live sports screen to my sony TV sucessfully. So now I can watch the world series on my TV.
