Help BUG? Alarm clock off by 3 minutes from system clock

It is exactly 7am now on my phone. If I go to the stock clock and 'Create Alarm' and set it for 8am, for today. I click 'Save' and the little pop up says 'Alarm set for 57 minutes from now.

If I hit the power button (so my screen goes blank) and then hit it again so it wakes up, it shows my alarm set for 'Fri 7:57 am'.

Somewhere there is a 2nd system clock that is off by 3 minutes. Where?!

i actually like the smart alarm. you can set it to start a few minutes before the actual alarm and i believe it starts out quiet and gets progressively louder.

Yep, I use it all the time. It is a much less violent way to wake up. You don't want to smash it to pieces.
