BugClub website doesn't get displayed

Dear Expert

I tried to access this website (BugClub.com.au) on my Samsung Galaxy Tab and Smasung Galaxy S3 but both of them gave me the error below ,,,,I downloaded flash Player but still no luck

I don't need what additional apps do I need ?

Did you install Flash, and which browser are you using as only some are Flash compatible?

Using Dolphin browser and yes I did install FLV Video player and photon Flash Player

Hmm, it's been a LONG time since I bothered with Flash.
Do other Flash sites work?

i haven' t been trying any other sites before , this site for my daughter for her study she couldn't access via Samsung galaxy and then she asked me when I tried it I failed to access it as well.
