I mistakenly deleted build.prop and now my cell phone stayed in a bootloop

Did you take a nandroid backup (or any form of backup) before you deleted it? If no, you're probably going to have to reflash your devices software.

I do not have a backup nandroid, I believe that in the internal memory there is a copy of the file build.prop

Generally, there's no backup of the build prop unless you took one unfortunately.
I'm guessing you're rooted? How did you root, did you install a custom recovery or was it via a one click method (Kingo or something like that)?
Can you access the devices bootloader or fastboot? Try powering the device off and turning it on whilst holding volume up or down.
You have an off brand device, so unless we can find someone who can copy their build prop or you find firmware online, I think you may be out of luck, sorry.

The root was with kingo, I do not have custom recovery and if I can access fastboot.
it has to be the same model to install a ROM? because I found one of ojji maxx
