Apps build target no targets available

So I am trying to make a hello world application but when making a new project I cannot choose a avd.
I've made them and can run them, but eclipse (galileo) doesn't seem to be able to find them.

Any help?

do you have ADT plugin for eclipse. try configuring it.

Thank you. i had the ADT plugin, I just forgot to configure it. Its always something simple...
