Apps Building a Internet Browser

I am looking for some feedback and help with an App I am designing for a project in school. Can anyone offer any help with adding a contextual menu to my application

I am not a developer, but probably the best thing to do if this fits your project is to make the browser a wrapper for the Android System Webview app that is built into every Android device.

I use browsers like this to great effect.

Also, I feel that some of these began as school projects as well.
