built in FM radio on Android 11

Same issue here. Hoping for a fix.
This will end up being my first phone without FM, and the specs says it is in it.
NextRadio seems out of buisness prior to And11, and I doubt Samsung will do something,
as they did not provide any app to start with.
:(

If Samsung makes an FM radio available or not, all depends what model of the phone you've got.

I've got a Galaxy Note20 Ultra, and GSM Arena states this in the specs for that phone.
"FM radio (Snapdragon model only; market/operator dependent)"

Mine is a Snapdragon model bought in China, but there's no FM radio app in it. And I guess the Exynos variant Note20 Ultras just don't have FM radio hardware in them. Although it doesn't bother me, because the FM stations around here really suck.

I assume it's similar for the Galaxy A50s.

SM-G975W : Canadian S10+
Qualcomm SDM855 Snapdragon 855 (7 nm)

Many says it was working on Android 9. Bought mine at And11 already.

If NextRadio devs are no longer in business and therefore not supporting Android 11, you might be SOL, except for rooting and a suitable custom ROM that supports the FM(if available), or you'll have to stream the FM stations you want to hear.

My son has à Asus Zenfone 6 ZS630KL and has FM radio, running And 11. It is not as an app, it is in the quick tools pull down menu.
Wondering what can be done with this...?

I'm pretty sure you can't do anything with that, as that is baked into the Asus Zenfone firmware, and will be specific to the FM radio hardware in that phone.

Depends on the model, and Android version.
My wife has a J3 And9 and it works.
S10 were working win And9, no longer with And11.

Anyone with a samsung phone have a working built in FM phone

Well I've got a Galaxy S7 here with Andorid 8 and that does have an FM radio feature, which is an Exynos device purchased in the UK and is locked to Vodafone. Although I can't see how that's going to help you.
