business call forwarding

I am a small business owner. I get called all day. I do handyman work. I want each and every all to get answered. I want to forward calls to another number only if i dont want it myself or if i am busy. I want to look at my phone and click a button if I want it to forward. Is there such an app. I use Verizon.

Hello and welcome to the community. Thanks for joining the ranks! I'm not sure if you'll find an application that will work the way you want, but you can visit the Google Play market and search for 'call forwarding app' - who knows, you might be with luck to find an app that works for you.

I have a similar situation where I field personal and business calls on one cellphone.

Google Voice is a flexible and free solution. There's a video of the capabilities on youtube, just search for "google voice" in the youtube search bar. The forum won't let me post the link...

When anyone calls the Google Voice # they get a business related greeting. When someone calls, it rings both my business partner and myself, so someone always fields the call. Calls to the number after 6pm go directly to voicemail. You can get voicemail transcriptions to text. There are a number of possibilities.
