Business Contact Manager

I just came from a Blackberry Storm 2 and love my new Thunderbolt....BUT....the HTC "people" list is not very good. You can only sort by name and not company name. I tried to get DejaOffice to work, but I can't get it to sync. Does ANYONE have or know of an app that will work with 1000+ business contacts? I need to sort them by business name and vendor name...etc..

I might have to return the phone if it is not business friendly.
