Hi kids

I assume the age range on this forum is from 10 to 95. I'm new to Android and will be asking many stupid questions, but I'm not a complete newbie. I regularly used a 110 baud modem in 1976, first used the internet in 1978, built and used linux systems since 1993 (anybody remember the Mosaic web browner?), and have been writing code of one sort or another for over 30 years. Yeah. I'm old.

But I love my Acer A500s. I've rooted one them and am looking for the right forums to discuss customizing, writing apps, and other fun stuff. I kinda want to write some apps that that use wifi or bluetooth to do some sort of P2P magic (that's why I have two). However, my immediate focus is Rom Manager. I've installed it (and CWM) and have some questions (about both). Where is the best place on this site to find the right people to chat with?

Thanks for the warm welcome. I cut my teeth on the 029 keypunch, submitting card decks to a 360-65, and lucky to get a few runs in per day. Ah, the good old days
