buttons on HTc Desire sticking

Hi there, I have an HTC desire Original model from about 3 or 4 years ago. I love it but the buttons at the bottom are now getting pretty stiff to touch and often require two or three good firm presses to make them function. My phone is very well looked after and has never been misused or dropped. Juts wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how you dealt with it please. Thanks in advance. Matt

Yes, my old Desire is similar. I installed an app called Button Savior (from playstore) which puts the buttons onscreen wherever you want them. I now use this app with all phones...
