BUUF for Android??

I've downloaded BUUF icon packs from the Google Play Store, but why aren't there BUUF skins/themes for the entire phone? I've seen many screenshots of iPhones with FULL Buff themes/skins and they are awesome. I'd love to modify my phone with Buff status bar, notification bar, etc, rather than just app icons.

Anyone know anything further on this?
