Buying a smartphone in the US to use in Argentina

Hello everyone!

I want to buy the Moto Z2 Play from eBay. A friend of mine will receive it in the US and bring it to me in Argentina.
The thing is I am not sure if the phone I am watching will work here. In Argentina we use 4g or LTE with B4 and B28. I've checked and this is OK in the eBay post. However, it says that it is factory unlocked but will work with most US carriers. Should I worry or will it work just fine?
This is from the link of the ebay post:

"Carrier versions

Available in an unlocked version for major U.S. carriers like Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Also available as a Verizon-exclusive"

I just checked willmyphonework.net and it doesn't look like you'd get LTE/4g coverage. I brought up all carriers. Re-check me but it seems to be a no-go for you.

edit: some non-US variants will work

I did this check. I need Band 28 and Band 4.
In the specs of the eBay posts it says that it sould work. Here it is:

GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)

UMTS/HSPA+ (850, 900, 1700, 1900, 2100 MHz)

4G LTE (B1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 17, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 41, 66)"
