When you buy an app from the market do they charge you via credit card or do they add the cost to your monthly phone bill?

via credit card..You get an email right away when you purchase an app. If you uninstall within 24hrs, you get a refund too

IIRC, I've heard that some carriers also have it set up so it can be billed to your monthly bill as well. No idea if that's true or not or even which carriers it might be (think I heard T-Mobile?).
