All exchange sites offer their services if you pay fee per transaction, so I just wonder, is there any possibility to buy bitcoins online without any fees?

You can if you buy / sell directly to another person without any exchanges involved but i don't think the benefits outweigh the risks. Plus I'm lazy.

Yes but if you look at coinbase's transaction fees, they are absolutely ridiculous. 4% when buying with debit?

Yeah some of the us bitcoin exchanges have large fees which is why I use bithumb. There fee is .15% with much lower for higher volume.
