Buying used, can I change number?

I am looking to buy a used N4 with a ST ATT sim that is activated and still has time left on it. I would like to port my current Verizon number. Can I do that on an already activated sim?

You'll have to obtain a new SIM I believe

Well if its prepaid no and I think they will let u run out the time when its finished change the number. Or they will charge u a small fee to change the number .
