buying used S7 edge

can anyone tell me if this is normal screen for S7 edge? I have never seen banner like that shows up on bottom of the screen.

That's just a render & no, that banner is not on the lock screen.

I'd check it out thoroughly before buying.

Non-functional sales dummy perhaps. They often have the name of the item in big letters. To let you know and reinforce the name of the product they're trying to sell you.

"I'M A GALAXY S7 EDGE, BUY ME, BUY ME!!"
