Help Buzzing Sound(Data like) when text to speech used

Recently my Android Maxx has started buzzing when text to speech is used for driving. I'll hear, "New text from [name]". When I attempt to say, " Listen" I am blocked by a sounds which reminds me of data audio.

I have no idea what has caused this or how to disable it.

Please help. This is very annoying as I have to reach my phone to shut it off.

I was wrong, it's an Android Ultra not Maxx.
