Ok I got a phone given to me by a friend and I don't know the model and I want to bypass activation cause I planned on using it for wifi purposes and I need to know how I can bypass it fast

After the factory reset, select your language and when it ask for a Gmail address, SKIP IT. You can hit "Not Now" or whatever until it says that the phone is ready to use. Your friend can log in with a new Gmail address for Play purposes. Hope this helps.
