hello can anyone help ..i just did factory reset an now i am not able to login to my google account i have a samsung s7 ..please can you help with this issue ..kind regards

This is called FRP - Factory Reset Protection. The Gmail account used on the phone before the factory reset must be the same one that logs in after the reset. This is a theft-prevention feature that prevents a thief from stealing someone's phone, resetting it and using it as their own. If you have forgotten your Google password, you can log into Google on a PC, reset your password and then set up your Galaxy S7.

In the future if you ever reset again, to remove your email even after resetting:
1. Remove any PIN or swipe pattern for the lock screen
2. Go into Settings - Accounts and remove your account (and any others)
3. Then factory reset the device.
After that it shouldn't ask for your email with Factory Reset Protection.
