So I just FINALLY rooted my phone three or four days ago... I have and have had numerous different types of android phones in the past and always knew about the possibilities of rooting the android but I had remained skepticle just for the fact that I am paying a lot of money for these phones and I didnt want to take the risk of voiding my warranty if I had an incident. Anyway, I finally broke out of the shell and did it. And I sit here, and I wonder what took me so long. I have learned quite a bit in these last few days and I look forward to learning more. At the moment I have a couple of LG spectrum's with VZW, as well as A HTC Thunderbolt (Which I just let my girl's cousin borrow for a couple of months) and the DroidX (which has been my 7 year old daughter's source of entertainment and sense of fitting in). I rooted the Spectrum and am impressed with it power that I couldn't see when it was stock. One thing I have noticed however is that there aren't many options as far as ROMs when it comes to the Spectrum compared to other phones. I am however excited to see what will happen though because I am also noticing that it has just finally broke the ice because Three or four have come out just in the past couple days. How ironic. Well that' my status, just wanted to say what up.
