Root .cab files... Help

I need the .cab file for restoring my spectrum back to stock... If i go back to gb will i be able to get the ota update to ics? I just need the .cab file. Rootzwiki wont let me dl them, i even used internet explorer, firefox, and chrome. All with no results. Please and thank you.

You are right, they aren't downloading for some reason. If I had a way to upload them I would but it would take me forever because I use my phone as a hotspot and I only have 3g.

To answer your first question, yes, if you go back to GB with the .cab then you will get the OTA to ics.
 
I kind of need one tonight... my phone is my business and its how i pay rent, midget hookers dont get dates themselves... Thats a joke... Anyway someone can get me one tonight, i will "Donate" handsomely. Handsomely mean more than a six pack, we are talking a 25 yr old scotch... Please, and thank you.
