Cable TV and Android

I keep hearing that cable companies are going to offer streaming TV for Android devices. But as far as I know no one is actually doing this. Is there already a service available? I want to get whichever cable service will extend to my mobile devices for my home and I'm getting a little annoyed that it doesn't seem like its going to happen.

Are there any TV services out there I can get? Even ones like Jetflicks?

HBO does this if you subscribe to them. And I believe DirectTV does it, but I don't know of any cable companies.

Edit You can also pay for Hulu Plus and get a lot of shows, even though I don't think its worth it, and you still get ads, which is a little ridiculous.

Thanks guys. Slingbox is gonna be an investment I think I'll have to make.

Is it asking for too much to have a mobile subscription to a streaming service that has a vast library? Netflix is great, but they only have shows also available on DVD. Hulu includes other shows but some of them seem completely random.

I pay for Netflix and I love it, and I don't have an issue with paying for good entertainment but this is why I still mourn apps like EZ Stream TV and Search TV, because they allowed me to view shows not officially available. And I know they were technically illegally there but I feel like I'm not wrong to view something I love for free, if no one is offering it for a fee.

Apparently Inner Mongolia Cable is going to be offering an on-demand service for Changhong, Skyworth, TCL and Konka Android TV sets. Not available yet though AFAIK.
