I have followed all of the instructions for clearing the cache on my Samsung 8+. From the App application I hit clear cache it shows clearing when I go back in the data still shows as being there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Apps that run in the background will use cache all the time, so you can clear this to stop possible issues with an app or just to clear data but it will return.
