I won't say there aren't any cad apps, but I certainly haven't seen any. Good luck though!

I'm sorry, but I don't really see the point of such an app; a finger-touch interface on a small screen seems counter-productive to precision design work.

There's one in the market called AndCAD. free and paid versions. I have the free, and it's not much more than a novelty, basic drawing app. Not sure if it's what you're looking for, but check it out.

You can try AndCAD...I think a simple dwg viewer or redline application would be sufficient for phones, but that's just me. This program looks like a dxf editor
