Calendar events not propogating to cloud

I created an event on my HTC Evo 4G using the HTC calendar but it's not showing up in Google Calendar in the cloud. In contrast, events in the Google cloud are finding their way to my phone calendar as are events from other calendars.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Make sure you selecting Google calendar when you make the event.

If you are, my calander gets corrupted about twice a year. You need to remove all the data and let it resynch.

Settings --> Applications --> Manage Apps --> All --> Calendar --> Clear Data
