Help Calendar sync w/exchange

Are they specific items that are not syncing? Do the items from the phone not sync over or do the items from a desktop not sync over? If it's your phone, make sure you're setting the right appointments on your phone. Typically the phone will default to a "Personal" calendar. You have to make sure that you're setting up the appointments within your exchange calendar. Also, some companies limit what kind of syncing your device can do and/or require your phone to be encrypted to their standards before you can sync. Has your IT group provisioned your phone for corporate email? If not, ask them.

ok, here goes. I'll create an appt. in galaxy calendar, using my main exchange acct, but it does not sync to my desktop outlook. also, i'll create an appt. on desktop, and won't sync to galaxy calendar. However, I use 9folders for my mail, and it's calendar is syncing fine. with the galaxy note 7, it is rather confusing to find exactly where the exchange accounts are located, how to delete, and then re-enter. in my settings, under accounts, i see the 9folders, but dont actually see any exchange accounts.
