Calendar that syncs with Outlook

So I was gonna start using Google Calendar once I got my Desire and I set up a calendar and imported my existing calendar from Outlook. Problem is, there were a few things I didn't like - i.e. not being able to colour code individual appointments. Is there a decent calendar app out there that will let me sync with Outlook and colour code appointments?

Yeah that works fine but all the appointments are the same colour. I want to be able to colour code appointments like you can in Outlook.
