Calendar Widget with selectable gCalendar

Hi-
I am looking for a calendar with the following abilities:

1. Widget
2. Each widget has the ability to select a different calendar
3. Events in the widget are themselves selectable. I don't want to open the calendar from the widget and again select the event
   
   

In the very least, it must allow easy switching of shown calendars in the widget view - like gmail. (gMail provides a button that takes you to a screen to select which account you want to view. I do not want to go to 'Settings' | 'Calendars' | select calendars | Save | back button | back button. (see what i mean?))

I would like to have two widgets running, one with my 'Personal' gCalendar; one with my 'Work' gCalendar.

Thoughts or suggestions?
