Calendars

I'm currently using an iPhone 4s. Will be getting the S3 later this week. One area of concern is how easy is it to sync Ical with the S3? Any tips or help would be appreciated. Want to make this transition as seamless as possible.

I may just run a separate Google calendar. I guess I got a few days to decide.
