Calender Question

I have the agenda widget on one of my screens and noticed some of the upcoming birthday reminders have the persons picture next to it while others don't.
Do they have to be one a certain Calender setting like "My Calender" or the "Gmail Calender"?

I don't actually know the proper answer to this, but my guess is that it has something to do with facebook. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable on this will chime in for you.

That would be my guess. More and more things are integrating with Facebook these days.
