Call & camera problems

My phone LG G4 T-Mobile just got out of warranty. Two days ago I start getting error messages :" Unfortunately CALL has stopped" and "Unfortunately CAMERA has stopped". I have reset the phone 3 times already, cleared the cache, removed the battery for overnight and nothing has helped. Please if anyone knows what to do in order to bring back at least my call button to receive and place the call and hang up.

I went yesterday and they told me that my warranty has expired. I have talked to LG , they want around $150.00 to fix.

For that price, I'd just shop for a new phone then...
But it's definitely a hardware issue at this point
