Call confirm and call block app

Does anyone know if there's an app that can block calls and also asks for confirmation before you call?

I've been using Call Confirm for years without problem but am getting a few spam calls lately from the same numbers, so wondered if there's an app that can do both. THanks.

Your phone may well have unwanted call blocking built-in, like so it can automatically reject calls that are coming a same number. What phone have you got? There are things like Call Blocker as well, not tried them though.

I've got a Moto G. I've had a look in the settings and a quick google but can't find anything built in, other than sending all calls from certain numbers straight to voicemail.
