I have a Samsung Huawei from straight talk. I am having problems. When I make a call sometimes you need to press 1 for this option or 2 for that. U know what I mean? Well as soon as my phone dials the number my screen goes off and it will not come back on no matter what I do. I can't select a option because the screen just will not come back on. It just started doing this. I also have having problems with connecting. I can have full data signal or wifi and my phone will tell me connection timed out. What is going on with this thing. I have only had this phone a few weeks and it's already acting funny. Most of the time I can't even get google play to even load. It tells me no connection. But I have full wifi signal. Anyone have any ideas? Please any info could be useful. IM new to all this Android stuff.
