Help Call forward specific numbers only......

Is it possible to forward only specific callers, to another number?

I don't want to forward all calls, only certain ones. Verizon has the "All or None" problem with *72 and *73.

EXAMPLE:

I am a medical sales rep. Doctors fax me prescriptions of knee braces. I've set up an eFax to receive them.

On my Android (Samsung Galaxy S4), I've synced my Google Contacts. That includes the Doctors office Phones and Fax numbers.

A few times a month, the doctors office make a mistake. When sending me a fax, they ACCIDENTALLY PUT MY CELL PHONE NUMBER INTO THEIR FAX MACHINES.

You can imagine how annoying that is. It will call me, I will pick up - only to hear their fax tone trying to connect. It will attempt to reach me 4 or 5 times. (Then I have to call the office, and have them fax to the correct number.) It's a real pain-in-the-rump.

What I'd like:

When my phone recognizes that a contact's fax machine is calling, then I'd like to forward that to my eFax number.

So, all calls normally come through - but the ones that I choose (such as know fax numbers), would get forwarded.

Is this possible?

You can do it with Google Voice by putting the fax numbers in a special group and setting calls from that group to be forwarded to your efax number. The catch is you would have to give out a new number (the GV number) for business.

Wishing it were simpler. They can't remember to use my eFax number, I don't think I want to train them on my a new phone!

The contact system can send certain call to vmail.....why not add more choices?

I'll call Larry Page and speak my mind.......
