Call forward when on wifi

Hi,
Looking for an app or how to call forward/divert when on a specific wifi ssid/ network.
I have tried two apps: Forward my Calls & Call Divert.
Forward my Calls does not have a 'when on wifi' option.
Call Dirvet does not recognize my cellular carrier - Vodafone New Zealand.
I have a Samsung Note 9 on Vodafone NZ network.
Any suggestions that have worked?

Call Forwarding is function that's a part of your cellular service, while WiFi is a network connectivity technology. Typically all your phone services take place using your cellular connectivity. Unless you're instead referring to WiFi Calling, with is itself also a different matter as that involves VoIP technology (Voice over IP).

But if you are asking about Call Forwarding, that's managed through your cellular service. Instead of third-party apps, have you tried using Vodafone's instructions?
