Call Forwarding Setup Away from Phone

I started a trip to Europe that will be fairly long, and since I was trying to time setting up call forwarding to right before I left, I of course missed the window and didn't have it set up by the time I was outside of my calling area. What are my options for setting up some kind of call forwarding? It's a T-mobile SIM on Straight Talk, and doesn't seem to get any signal here (which is just as well, since international roaming is strictly against their terms of service). Any solution to this?

Don't think you can call forward on any of T-Mobile's prepaid plans.

I know on my Straight Talk AT&T sim I can not call forward, which I really dislike. One of my work sites has really bad cell service so I would forward my calls to the desk phone when I was on AT&T. Now I just give everyone my Google number and toggle the phones it forwards to.
