call from "name" app?

Don't know if i'm in the right forum. Sorry if i am. Looking for a ringtone app that will speak "call from" and then the contact's name. Any suggestions? Is there such a thing? TIA

I think drivesafe.ly does the same. It also reads your texts to you.

+1 for CallAnnouncer.....i tried drivesafe.ly, it's cool but think it messed up my phone, and it reads ads asking to upgrade to 'paid' version - very annoying
