Call from "name" app

I am looking for a ringtone app that speaks "call from" and the contacts name. Is there such an app? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This can be accomplished with Tasker and SayMyName Dessert. Only the latter is free, however Tasker can do much more than just this.

Namebuzz. I use it, works great on Droid X. Can say name for incoming text/calls with custom prefix and suffix (mine says "this fool's calling" then the name. When on silent/vibrate it will vibrate a custom pattern or the "name" by buzzing syllables.

i tried Namebuzz, but for some odd reason, it could not download....i use Call Announcer...it announces both calls & texts..very simple, effective

SMS Reader does the same thing. Its widget has 3 toggles, silent, name only, name and SMS msg. When on Name only, it will announce names of texter and caller. When on name/SMS, it will announce names and read entire contents of the text.
