Call notes that show on incoming/outgoing calls?

Is there an app that does this. I want to have notes and history show up that were taken for previous calls.

You can use an app like CallTrack to automatically enter every call into your google calendar. You'd have to manually add notes to that calendar entry if you want more info saved.
