Call Reject & Call Block

I hv downloaded almost all the ( Call reject/Call Block / Call Manager Apps ) From the Android market.

Most of them allows us for refuse call mode for the Black Listed contacts ;
Pick up and Hang up mode
OR
Call Drop mode
Both of those modes sends a signal to the caller that his call seen by the receiver.
Actually I want a Call Block programme for Black Listed contacts which should sends asignal to the caller that

The mobile is out of range ( can not be reached)
or
The phone is OFF
or
Operator disconnection etc... signal
In that case the caller never nows that , receiver seen his call..
This means absolute freedom to be in private in silence and absolute Not to be disturbed.....

Any body knows any application from the market for such Call Block or Reject Application...

Call Filter will give you the option to send your caller straight to voicemail & your phone will never ring....

YouMail will take it from there & give your caller any message you want, including "this number has been disconnected & is no longer in service". It will also take away their option to leave a voicemail, if you choose to put them on the "disregard" list.

These are just a couple of options. Use them individually or together. YouMail will do much more personalization than what I put on here. There are many different pre-recorded messages to choose from or you can record your own. You can also set different greetings for different callers to hear. If you just want your family/friends to know you're out of town you can set an "out of town" greeting for them & the standard "sorry I missed your call" greeting for everyone else.
 
Tried Call Filter .... just an app to reject call on the unwanted number list nothing fancy. In fact, that won't work with me (and most people) who want to use Forward When Busy to office number. So I uninstall it after tried it out for 2 min.

YouMail not sure why not found in my region's Market... maybe not legal?

Forgot to comment that I installed. It's called Call Blocker Gold (free but called Gold) and URL: http://www.appbrain.com/app/call-blocker-gold/blacknWhite.CallBlocker.Gold

It serves my purpose but cons: it DOES pick up/hang up in 0 sec. You will be able to view the number of blocked call on the app. App has Widget to turn it ON/OFF handy. If you have FREE incoming call then it's the way to go otherwise reconsider.
 
After using Call Blocker Gold for 4 days, I gave up and uninstalled it. It worked but there is side effect. My phone intermittently does not ring (phone call went through, screen lit up) but just vibrated (as I set vibrate always on no matter what).

Maybe I should provide feedback to the dev team.
