Call screen

When I get a call the screen lights up like a Christmas tree. Also I see advertising when I hang up the phone. How can i turn it off and recieve normal calls without the advertising

What carrier do you use?
Some like FreedomPop have adds, most do not.

Are you using a 3rd Party Caling/Dialer App?

Hello,

I haven't installed a second callers app..I tried to reset the phone ( not fabriek) and it didn't work.
When I hang up I get de following massage ( see screenshot)

Did you reset by:
Settings -> General Management -> Reset -> Factory Data Reset ?
Back Up First
I know it will be a issue to reinstall all apps and data but it might be worth it

No I didn't...I wanted to wait to do that..last resort..normally I find the problem but this time it's not something to get rid of..maybe it's from Samsung ..the background and themes that I change..maybe they put this on my phone

Some app is enabling ads on your device. Could be some bloatware. Factory reset may not prevent this if its installed to run from a fresh start.
Look in your running apps and research any apps that look questionable and/ or apps you didn’t install yourself.

I've got the same problem I've uninstalled One app and Solid Explorer, are you using either of these? I also tried Microsoft launcher recently, also uninstalled. I'll let you know if it does any good.
