Call Track

The other day my friends and I we were drinking coffee when one of them received a call from another of the gang.

After the call, he said he had installed a call tracer, has selected the program to track and accurately placed the call at the home of a friend calling.

Of course, I did not believe, I pulled out my cellphone and asked him to track my call to our surprise also placed our position in the map. He laughed at us throughout the afternoon and finally told us it was a joke

Please could someone tell me if I can get it somehow? Currently I have credit card and I can not buy. I have asked the developer abouts buying it with paypal but he told me that the market is my only way.

I would be very grateful if someone upload the apk or give me a source for get that app

First, I dont believe that app one bit. If it does what it says, then it's illegal. You cannot track someone else's location without them knowing.

Second, if the dev says the market is the only place to get it, then he's right. If you dont have a credit card, borrow one from someone, or get a pre-paid card from wal-mart. DONT come on here asking for free apps, that's wrong and illegal.

Why would it be illegal?
It should be workable since it is simple to identify the cell tower in use and so know the approximate location.
It's like a traceroute on the computer.
