Settings-->About Phone-->Firmware Version (or Build Number, the last 4 digits) 2.3.4 or 2.3.5 (EH09 or EI20) Many of us (me included) saw call volume drop with the 2.3.4 update. Mine seems to be resolved with the 2.3.5 update.

G golfnut Newbie Dec 9, 2011 #3 I have version 2.3.5......EI20......cant get the volume high enough......my HTC Desire was so loud I had to turn the volume down....
