Call waiting

Hey guys! I use Vivo 1606 y53. I wanted to ask that even after enabling the call waiting feature of the phone, I'm unable to receive incoming calls while talking to someone. Got any suggestions?
My carrier is Airtel, if that's helpful in any case.

As long as call waiting is part of your plan, Airtel should be able to turn that on for you. I've read a few post about Airtel and CW, but they are old and differ greatly on how to enable it. Your best bet is to contact Airtel directly.
