Help CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK

this just started a few days ago.

every time i make a call, there is a little popup at the bottom of the screen that says

CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK with some other mumbojumbo after that.

what is that?????

yes stock unrooted.

i wonder....i recently installed an app that records phone calls. i wonder if it has anything to do with that. i just removed the app, we'll see if it stops.
