Caller ID blocker/changer that doesn't reroute the call

Hi, I'm looking for an app that can help me change or block my caller ID when I make overseas calls from Thailand to the USA. Call quality is decent when using my wireless carriers international calling code, but quickly deteriorates when I use a caller ID changing app that reroutes the call.

Does anyone know of an app that can change or block the caller ID without rerouting the call itself?

It may help us (help you) if we understood why you need to block caller ID on calls made to the US. That could make it easier for us to find a possible solution.

I don't think it's going to be possible to do it without rerouting the call. Your cell carrier should have to allow you to send your own called id and that don't do that.
