Caller ID default picture

So I have an HTC Hero (1.5) and was wondering if there is any way to change the default picture that pops up when a caller calls or you have an outgoing call. The little alien picture bugs me. Thanks.

u need to setup a picture for the contact like u do with any phone .. the alien is default ...

open up contacts and menu/edit ... menu .. add photo

Yea, I know about that function but I was just wondering about actually changing the default picture. It would take me forever to add pictures to all my contacts. I was just hoping to find a little cheat to change the actual file that contains the image the default picture uses.

so u dont want each individual person to have their own custom pic u just want to change the default pic ...

to change the default PIC i am not sure of but i can almost guarantee that your device has to be ROOTED to do this ...

if u wanted to change pics easier on the PC .. u can do via google sync and then sync the contacts to your phone ...
