Help Caller-id is matched to wrong contact.. Huawei Ideos u8150

I have two contacts with the same last 7 numbers, it appears to
display the first contact. Phone number matching with caller-id is only
matching the last 7 numbers and not the entire phone number.

For example, lets say the following are contacts stored in device:
1st contact - (0000) 222-1234
2nd contact - (1111) 222-1234

If 2nd contact call to me on phone, 1st contact's name with 2nd Phone number appears on the screen.

I think you will find its not an Android or Hauwei thing.

I have the exact same issue... and it was also an issue on my SE W595 (java phone)

I think it is just the way the contacts are searched or looked up.... sadly
