Caller ID, Multiple contacts same number, different extension

I have several work contacts that have the same office number but different extensions.

All contacts are listed individually (not merged / joined).

If Jamie calls me, caller id shows Sheryl
If Dwayne calls me, caller id shows Sheryl
If John calls me, caller id shows Sheryl
And of course if Sheryl calls me, caller id shows Sheryl

How do I change this to show the caller. This used to work but not sure why it has changed now

I have 2 SGS2 phones. This all worked fine until my primary SGS2 crashed. Now I'm using my secondary SGS2 and this problem is present.
Sounds minor but a pain in the ass. After all that's what caller id is for isn't it?

Have you checked with the others inside your device's support forum for assistance with this problem?

I would bite the bullet and do a reset on the device. But before doing so, clear data from the contact\people app inside applications.
